The Hollow Spray is designed to apply paint coatings to the pipe internally, for diameters ranging from 3” to 12”.  The unit is attached to the end of a pipe lance connected to a high pressure paint hose leading from a spray pump. Once the Hollow Spray is positioned within the pipe and the paint flow is regulated, the spray gun is triggered to begin the paint flow. To stop the Hollow Spray, release the spray gun trigger and shut off air supply to rotating head when the tool is removed from the pipe.

The IPC 900 Internal Pipecoater is designed to apply paint to pipes internally with diameters ranging from 12” to 35”. The unit is attached to the end of a pipe lance connected to a high pressure paint hose leading from a spray pump. An air hose is needed to connect to the IPC 900 unit as well. Once the IPC 900 is positioned within the pipe, regulate the paint and air flow to the correct pressure.  The spray gun is triggered to begin the paint flow. The paint will be sprayed through a spin nozzle controlled by the air flow in a 360^o spraying pattern. To stop the IPC 900, release the spray gun trigger and shut off the air supply to the unit.
